Audrey Tautou encarna Mademoiselle Chanel. Um papel difícil, creio, já que tamanha figura não foi uma pessoa fácil, não? Mas acho que para esta grande atriz, foi com certeza um privilégio atuar neste filme.
Audrey Tautou embodies Mademoiselle Chanel. A really hard character, I believe, since that was not an easy person, was she? But I reckon that, for this great actress, it was an absolute privilege to work on that movie. And, for obvious reasons, the actress became the face of the brand, releasing a cute little movie for Chanel n. 5, linked above.
Sinopse...
Conta a história da estilista desde sua infância até a criação de seu império na moda, passando pela dura perda da mãe e o abandono do pai, que a deixou em um orfanato junto de sua irmã. Depois quando cantava em um cabaré e trabalhava em uma pequena alfaiataria. Neste cabaré conheçe Étienne Balsan, com quem teve um relacionamento e depois de idas e vindas acabou abrigando-se na casa dele por um bom tempo. Lá , desenvolve seu talento como estilista e mostra toda a sua irreverência ao usar roupas masculinas em pleno começo do século XX! Nessa mesma casa, ela conhece o amor de sua vida, Boy Capel, com quem não veio a se casar, mas nunca deixou de amar. Uma vida emocional abalada e à frente de seu tempo, o filme mostra como Chanel inventou a mulher moderna.
Sinopsis...
It tells the story of this stylist, since it's infancy till her fashion empire's creation, passing through the loss of her mother and the abandon of her father, who left her at an orphanage with her sister. Afterwards, she sang at a cabaret and worked at a small taylor shop. At this cabaret she met Étienne Balsan, with who she had a comes-and-goes relationship, and after she finally took shelter at her home for a quite long while. There, she developed her talent as a stylist and shows all her irreverence by wearing men clothes, right on the beggining of the 20th century! On that same house, she met the love of her life, Buy Capel, with who she never got married, but never gave up on loving. A messed-up emotional life and the facxt she was way beyond her years, the movie shows how Chanel invented the modern woman.

Já vi alguns documentários e seriados, mas não o
filme (que pena!), mas só pelas fotos e trailler, já dá para perceber
como o filme foi bem feito!!
